Create Report Shortcuts

AfiFarm can be tailored to suit your farms needs. This includes adding shortcuts so that you can quickly access the reports you use regularly.

To create a new shortcut

1. Open the Shortcuts pane, right-click the title, then click Add new page.

   

2. In the dialog box, type a new folder name, then click OK.

   

   The new folder is now displayed in the shortcuts pane.

   

3. Click the new folder, then navigate to the relevant report. Select the report, then click Add to shortcut.

   

   The new shortcut is displayed in the folder, in the Shortcuts pane.

   

4. Right-click the icon, then select Change icon.

   

5. In the dialog box that opens, select an icon, then click OK.

   

   The new shortcut is now ready. Click the new shortcut to open the reports.
